Dal 10 al 31 agosto presso la Casina Rosa di Santa Marinella si è tenuta una mostra di arte contemporanea e astratta dell’artista siciliano Benedetto Spadaro.
L’intento dell’autore,come si evince dal titolo sopra riportato,è quello di spingere la gente a riscoprire il proprio essere senza lasciarsi trascinare troppo dai beni materiali attraverso le sue opere molto provocatorie,
prima fra tutte “CHE PALLE”(un’installazione composta da due enormi palle con il cartello:”le palle dell’artista dopo l’introduzione di nuove tasse e tagli”).Altra opera molto attuale è “L’uomo che si dissolve nell’informatica”, un’istallazione raffigurante un uomo talmente schiavo dell’informatica che pian piano si sta trasformando anch’esso in una macchina.Infine c’è la ciliegina sulla torta,lo SPREADVIRILOMETRO, l’unico apparecchio in grado di misurare la virilità degli italiani in rapporto con lo spread;quando lo spread sale,la virilità si abbassa e un cucchiaio porta via dal piatto il poco cibo che c’è rimasto e viceversa.
L’autore ha inoltre dato occasione ai visitatori,che sono rimasti anche delle ore,di esprimere le proprie idee e di discuterne con altre persone;questi ultimi hanno ricambiato lasciando commenti molto belli e profondi.
